We collect information from directly from administrators when they set up accounts for use on our service, including, work contact information (name, phone number, email address, mailing address). Users are required to access our Services using a username and password. Your company/administrators determine which individuals will have access to our Services. As a service provider, we will store information on our servers about our users, such as a user’s name and work contact information, practice group, and other information that the company chooses to submit (for example, your title, timekeeper ID, and other remarks). We do not use this information directly, however, unless your Company provides it directly to us. For example, we may obtain a user’s name and work contact information from an administrator for customer service and trouble-shooting purposes.

Information We Collect Automatically. We use analytics on our Site, and those analytics may collect certain information about your use of our Site using cookies, web beacons, and other tracking, such as the length of time that you visit our Site, the links that you click, and how you use our Service. We use the information that we collect from and about you (including administrators and users for the following purposes:

  • Other Users of Our Site. Depending upon the preferences your administrator selects, information regarding a user’s searches will be viewable by certain administrators within your company. Please consult with your company about what information they collect about you. In addition, for our Quatrove users, users within the same company may be able to see the name, contact information, and practice group of other company users.
  • Service Providers. We may disclose the information we collect about users and administrators to third party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform functions on our behalf, such as entities that assist us in providing customer service and in trouble-shooting

We also may share your information in the following situations:

In other words, our customers will not be able to see content posted by other customers.
